Men's Golf: IU East at Earlham Spring Shootout Day 1 Recap

RICHMOND, Ind. - The Indiana University East men's golf team opened the Earlham College Spring Shootout during a rainy first round on Saturday, April 18.

Riley Bratton led the Red Wolves "B" squad with a 75 on the Elks Country Club course as he finished the day in a tie for ninth place.

Braden Tedder was next on the list for IU East as he was tied for 13th carding a 76.

The other scores for IU East were Zach Rutan (84, T42nd), Brady Geis (88, 49th) and Ryan Craig (89, T50th).

As a team, the Red Wolves are ninth with a score of 323. Franklin College and Shawnee State University lead the 10-team field with 303. Individually, Tanner Wood of Hocking College leads the way with a 72.

Sunday's final round begins at 9 a.m.
