Men's Golf: Tedder Medalist at Earlham Spring Shootout

RICHMOND, Ind. - It took an extra hole, but Indiana University East's Braden Tedder won the playoff to earn medalist honors at the Earlham College Spring Shootout on Sunday, April 19.

Tedder moved up 12 positions on the men's leaderboard at the Elks Country Club to finish with a 76-71-147 to tie first round leader Tanner Wood of Hocking College (72-75-147).

As a team, the Red Wolves "B" squad also moved up two spots to seventh place with a score of 323-311-634. Franklin College won the 10-team event with 303-308-611.

Riley Bratton was tied for 17th with a 75-81-156 as he was followed by Zach Rutan (84-77-161, T29th), Brady Geis (88-89-177, 51st) and Ryan Craig (89-81-171, 53rd).

IU East will compete in the River States Conference Championships on April 26-28 at the Glades Springs Resort in Daniels, West Virginia.
