Men's Golf: RSC Championships Day 1 Recap

DANIELS, W. Va. - The Indiana University East men's golf team is in third place after the opening round of the River States Conference Championships on Sunday, April 26.

The Red Wolves had a team score of 307 at The Resort at Glade Springs in Daniels. The University of Rio Grande leads the 11-team affair with a 304 as Midway University is second at 305.

The Red Wolves have a pair of golfers in the top five led by Noah Mulford with a 74 that has him tied for third. Landon True carded a 75 and is tied for fifth.

Next on the individual leaderboard for IU East is Sam Firebaugh's 77 that has him tied for 11th. Nick Brubaker tied for 25th with an 81 and Dare Bowles is tied for 38th as he finished with an 83.

Monday's second round is scheduled to start at 10 a.m.
