Men's Golf: RSC Championships Day 2 Recap

DANIELS, W. Va. - The Indiana University East men's golf team moved into the top spot on the leaderboard heading into the final round of the River States Conference Championships on Monday, April 27.

Tuesday's finale at The Resort at Glade Springs will get underway at 10 a.m. 

After two rounds, the Red Wolves stand at 307-311-618 in the 11-team field.

The University of Rio Grande (304-317-621) and Midway University (305-316-621) are tied for second place with 18 holes remaining.

Individually for IU East, Noah Mulford (74-78-152) still leads the way as he is in fourth place. Landon True (75-78-153) remained in a tie for fifth. Sam Firebaugh (77-79-156) is also in the top 10 as he is tied for eighth.

The biggest mover of the day for the Red Wolves was Dare Bowles (83-76-159), who jumped from 38th into a tie for 16th. Nick Brubaker (81-83-164) is tied for 30th.

Midway's Gage Gregory (71-71-142) and Jose Vidal of Oakland City University (74-68-142) are tied for first individually.
