Red Wolves Fall to Brescia in Conference Opener

RICHMOND, Ind. – After a long delay, the IU East men's tennis team finally got their Spring Conference season started against Brescia on Saturday.

Unfortunately for the Red Wolves, they fell to the Bearcats 6-1.

The loss drops IU East to 1-3 overall and 0-1 in RSC play.

Kyle Hollingsworth won his No. 2 Singles match to earn the only point for the Red Wolves. The other singles sets went in straight sets. No. 1 Singles with Sebastian Torrealba went 6-2, 6-2.

The two teamed up for No. 1 Doubles and lost 7-6 in a tiebreak.

The Red Wolves will host Oakland City on Friday at Glen Miller Park.
