Men's Volleyball: Oakland City 3, IU East 1

OAKLAND CITY, Ind. - The Indiana University East men's volleyball team fell in a tight River States Conference match at Oakland City University on Friday, March 20.

IU East is now 5-8 overall and 3-6 in the conference with Oakland City 14-5 and 5-2.

Arthur Barreto and Vinicius Lopes led Red Wolves with 14 kills apiece as Wyatt King finished with 10.

Braydon Richardson finished with 35 assists for IU East.

Defensively for the Red Wolves, Jael De La Cruz had nine blocks as Lopes added five stops. Francis Rivera Agosto led the way with 11 digs.

Next up for the Red Wolves is a visit to Brescia University on Saturday, March 21. The RSC match in the Moore Center starts at 2 p.m. (IU East time). The Bearcats are 8-10 and 3-5 after a 25-10, 25-19, 25-21 win over Midway University on Friday night.
