Women's Soccer: Meyer Joins Coaching Staff

RICHMOND, Ind. - Indiana University East has a new assistant women's soccer coach.

Red Wolves Head Coach Dylan Whitehead was pleased with the announcement.

"I'm excited to welcome Rylee whose energy, playing experience, and leadership will make an immediate impact on our program," Whitehead said.

A graduate of Princeton High School in Cincinnati, Meyer played four seasons for the Red Wolves from 2022-2025.

"Rylee's passion for the game and proven ability to build strong relationships will help elevate our team both on and off the field," Whitehead said. "I'm confident she will play a key role in continuing our tradition of excellence."

Meyer majored in business administration with a minor in coaching, sports marketing and management.

"I'm incredibly honored to return to this program in a new role, especially one that allows me to give back to a team that shaped so much of who I am," Meyer said. "Having once worn this jersey, I understand the pride, commitment, and passion it represents.

Last year, Meyer had two goals and one assist for the Red Wolves with the game-winning goal versus IU Columbus.

"I'm excited to help guide this team from a new perspective," Meyer said. "This opportunity feels full circle, and I'm extremely grateful to Dylan for giving me the chance to continue being a part of a program that means so much to me."
