Women's Volleyball: IU East 3, WVU Tech 0

RICHMOND, Ind. - The Indiana University East women's volleyball team won its fourth match in a row as the Red Wolves defeated WVU Tech 25-15, 25-14, 25-12 on Saturday, Oct. 25.

With a second straight victory on Lingle Court, IU East is now 15-16 overall and 8-5 in the River States Conference. WVU Tech is 5-26 and 4-9.

Noema Philistin-Lynch topped the Red Wolves with 14 kills as Alayna Barrett finished with nine kills. Brooklyn Taylor contributed eight kills with Amyra Lockett adding seven.

Aislyn Hogan had 42 assists while Payton Schultheis picked up three aces and nine digs. Ella Bickel had 23 digs.

The Red Wolves return to action at Midway University on Tuesday, Oct. 28. The RSC affair starts at 6 p.m.
